@classichusband I was a drug addict and agree but once we become a threat to ourselves and others we can't be in society. Empathy does have a cost. I grew up with people like this in a broken family and no they're not all good people turned bad some where bad to begin with.

@pnwguerrilla I used to be able to do that not now after being disabled the terrain and oxygen deprivation at higher altitudes would kill me. My body can't handle loss of fluids to that degree anymore. So I just stick to going to places I know I can get out of. No shame in that.

So Audible has been deliberately serving a castrated version of their website on Macs for the last two months—you can't even access your library!—and I figured out why. It isn't a bug. They're forcing everyone to use their buggy MacOS app. (It literally won't play sometimes, or download.) Once again a Tech company forcing behavior that is good for them but bad for customers. Just like Adobe, Playstation, and Microsoft.
