@cometsweb3 Builders Event in Prague: Amazing Networking and Business Opportunities I talk about our incredible COMETS Builders event in Prague, where valuable builders connected with partners and @BinanceAcademy. I highlight how attendees identified business opportunities and forged partnerships, including a developer who received two job offers, and how our legal counselor Ciprian provided crucial guidance on MiCA compliance for projects aiming to meet the July 1st certification deadline.

Prague, done right. Yesterday we've brought the CEE builders scene to Prague for an evening that had the room buzzing from the first presentation to the last handshake. From MiCA and EU regulation to an open panel on where AI and blockchain are heading, the room was full of people who came ready to engage. And they did. Thank you to everyone who showed up and made it memorable. In Romania, poti plati impozit chiar daca ai pierdut bani din crypto. Nu e nicio o greseala, ci e conform legislatiei romane in vigoare. Iata cum functioneaza concret in Romania: Declaratia Unica nu are camp pentru pierderi. Nu exista niciun mecanism legal prin care sa scazi ce ai pierdut din ce ai castigat. In prezent, statul taxeaza exclusiv tranzactiile pozitive, indiferent de rezultatul tau total. Exemplu real: - Ai avut in 2025 trei tranzactii profitabile de 8.000 RON si cinci tranzactii pe pierdere de 15.000 RON. - Rezultatul tau economic real: minus 7.000 RON. - Rezultatul declarativ conform D212: platesti impozit pe 8.000 RON castig. Aceasta e modul in care Art. 116 din Codul Fiscal este aplicat in prezent, confirmat cu specialistii contabili si surse din ANAF.
