China is now shipping it's own GPUs. This is the Lisuan LX 7G1000. But everyone is missing the point. - You can get 88fps in Cyberpunk 2077. - It has no dedicated ray-tracing hardware. - On rasterization it performs better than a 3060 in synthetic benchmarks. - Real work game perf put it lower than a 5060 which beats it by about 30% and costs $300 instead of $485. The issues isn't that China shipped a so-so card at a high price point, it's that they shipped one at all. The previous barriers to their design, software and hardware capabilities are dropping fast. We might see competitive GPUs out of China sooner than we think.

The Left feels justice was properly followed in all the many many times they went after Trump legally. If the system was so fair in treating Trump, they should have no problem with the same treatment and methods used on Hasan.

Leftist streamer Hasan Piker was just served a subpoena by Federal official investigating his trip to Cuba. Here's what it means: This subpoena is a request for information: - They are investigating if any laws were violated by the activists trip to Cuba. - They are requesting details on financing, coordination, delivery of good/supplies (over 20 tons reported), contacts with Cuban gov officials, any any transactions involving the group. - The probe examines potential violations of U.S. Sanctions under the Cuban Asset Control Regulations that prohibit unlicensed travel-related transactions, dealings with the Cuban gov (designated a state sponsor of terrorism). - This is part of a broader investigation of US non profit and activists in the Cuba solidarity movement. - No charges have been filed yet. This is an information gathering step. Civil penalties and possible criminal charges in the future are possible with up to 1M in fines or prison time. This is a serious matter and will likely take a very long time to investigate.

Finally got Forza 6 to consistently work it seems, got home, started up, now my new maybe stupid gripe this time is that the menu music before in the gane kind of sucks, doesn't scream Japan or racing to me at all. A friend called it a cheesy podcast opening song
