Anime Fest! @ Sungei Wang Plaza is pleased to feature Akiya & Momo Rex as the guest judges for the Pose-Off Cosplay Competition! Akiya is part of Team D & C Dmc & Corver Cosplay, a dedicated pair of cosplayers specializing in self-built armored cosplay and props beyond your wildest dreams! Having experienced both competing and judging in cosplay competitions, Akiya brings an extensive skill set to the judging table at Anime Fest 2026. Award-winning prop and costume maker Momo Rex is an experienced competitor in the Malaysian cosplay competition circuit and in the region, having represented Malaysia for multiple cosplay competition abroad. Momo Rex brings characters to life with realistic cosplays and a wild sense of humor in cosplay entertainment and performance.

Kitaro's beautiful cosplays and entertaining videos have gathered her over 2.5 million social media followers from all across the world - join us this 25th & 26th July in welcoming her for her first visit to Malaysia.

Anime Fest 2026 @ Sungei Wang Plaza is excited to feature guest performer Mayu Maeshima! Her voice has brought to life numerous anime theme songs including the OP theme for Re:Zero - Starting Life in Another World 2nd season and the OP theme for the TV anime “CLEVATESS”. Through her lyrics and voice, Mayu channels even the most negative emotions into positive energy, leaving them behind in her songs. Ito Kashitaro is appearing for the first time in Malaysia at Anime Fest 2026 @ Sungei Wang Plaza! Starting his singing career on online video platforms, @kashitaro_ito has accumulated over 200 million video views with a total social media following surpassing 1 million! He has since performed theme songs for numerous anime series, including Deep Insanity: The Lost Child, Trapped in a Dating Sim: The World of Otome Games Is Tough for Mobs, My Happy Marriage, and No Longer Allowed in Another World.
