Roblox has provided another update regarding the new requirements for 2D and 3D items.
The upload fee has been reduced from 200 Robux to 80 Robux, while the 2D publishing fee will remain at 10 Robux instead of increasing to 600 Robux as previously announced.

Additionally you will no longer be able to perform any player movements (and possibly animations) on the client. so goodbye to all your Client scripts which interact with the player in any way. I cannot see a realistic use case for this slop where the developer benefits at all.
