You’d be pretty thrilled for Brian Thomas Jr. if he put up 800+ yards as a rookie & 1,100+ yards in YR2, no? Then why not just trade him for George Pickens, who’s already done that? Pickens was a better recruit (97 vs 95 Prospect Grade) & put up more yards as a TRUE FRESHMAN at Georgia (727) than BTJ put up in his first 2 seasons at LSU COMBINED. Brian Thomas Jr. hasn’t played an NFL snap & also plays with two other established target-earners in Christian Kirk & Evan Engram. Don’t get cute – trade BTJ for Pickens.

A fun OBJ stat. Over his final 6 games of his rookie year he put up 197.3 PPR points (32.9 PPG) Thats the most PPR points by a WR in a 6 game stretch EVER. He did so as a ROOKIE.

Here are your best RB seasons of all time by an RB 29+ years old. Youre drafting CMC for 22+ PPG upside (RB1 upside) but only Priest Holmes, Jim Brown, and Tiki Barber have done it in the entirety of football history.

Last year Saquon Barkley was the RB1 with 22.2 PPG Over CMC's 95 career games (that include plenty of early exits and banged up stretches), he averages 22+ PPG. He's the only active RB to even be at 20+ PPG in his career. Just wild.
