Dynamic Workflows for Claude Code make it immeasurably more important to have ADRs. You might be looking at 20 exploratory runs vs getting it right the first time. 5% the token cost with ADRs. We have already seen this play out with open source software factories.

Agree, 100% we shouldn’t be tying ourselves in knots. Even bigger issue is the brilliant talent we are scaring away from other countries with our immigration policies for great talent.

This is concerning. For the first time, a Chinese model Kimi K3 has taken #1 on the Frontend Code Arena and is scoring at or near the frontier on other benchmarks. Meanwhile America is tying itself in knots: politicians and bureaucrats are banning new data centers, piling on state regulations, and pushing for new federal agencies to pre-approve frontier models. This is how you lose the AI race. The rest of the world won’t play by our rules if we bog ourselves down. Permissionless innovation is how America won the internet and became the technological envy of the world. We can do it again with AI -- while addressing risks in a targeted way -- or we’ll watch our lead evaporate.

GPT Sol is the first model that has been able to work in 3D Unity/Blender basically autonomously. Since Sunday, I have had an agent building out a noir mystery game from a plan.md. The idea is to have the "voice in your head" be an AI agent trained on noir mannerism and each NPC will be a unique fine-tune for open ended voice conversations. Sol has created the pre-art, built the levels and rigged the characters. Still really rough but amazing how far we have come in a couple years as I watch it build while I do my work on another monitor. Praying for more resets so it can keep working through the week.

@mattchowx 2.3k for this result shows that you are not good with money, you could just use remotion to make the product animation with a simple model like Sonnet 5, Composer 2.5 etc and then you could fire up Final Cut to edit. Fable for this result is like using an F35 to kill a cockroach

"We would never be comfortable to give a 3rd party tool access to our database" - from a dev at a mid-sized company that built its own coding harness that is used by 70%+ of all PRs They would not let any vendor run this kind of infra, so they brought it in-house. They are super happy they did this I sense this will be the norm for companies above the "small" size. Code + data is the IP of a company. Why would you hand it over to a third party?
