Each one is made with a practice of peaceful thoughts and intentions. So that those who receive them, can be filled with hope too. Sharing hope is important. Wellbeing journeys are just that, they are journeys. They are all unique to ourselves, But we dont have to do it alone.

What started 5 yrs ago to get me through the day, and to keep reminding me to have hope, has blossomed into something I never imagined. The simple art of weaving in & out, the different ribbons and threads that make the circle of hope unique brings a calmness to my heartspace.
