This is a series produced during a road trip through the southeastern United States, in which Cousineau turns his attention to the overlooked textures along the route. Rather than seeking out landmarks or dramatic vistas, the work situates its subjects in roadside scenes and stretches of landscape that typically pass unnoticed.
