@gakonst 5 phase plans never make it that far, phase 3 turns into its own 5 phase plan

firmly in the "PoC ASAP" camp - deep plans don't work for me, nor does the agent interviewing me for things. bring up cf worker + vite, and get cranking. same thing for every CLI. once you have what works, just rewrite keeping core user facing components constant.

i miss handcrafted websites. everything these days looks the same. i'd rather read a raw txt website with soul in it, than stock Claude react app w/ no-taste css. at least use a skill you wrote, or a high-taste web friend of yours. but no more generic stuff plz.
