@RitikNotRithik @hindoozoomer That’s pure bullshit. You can’t decide anything. You can just sue for damages. Whether dog is dangerous or not is decided by Public health/ Humane society and that also can be challenged in the court. Stop spewing lies to suit your narrative.

@hindoozoomer Here in Canada, The victim of a dog bite gets the option of either taking the compensation from the dog owner or even putting the dog down, my friend took around 1100 dollars worth fo compensation even though i advised him to go for latter
