@comtogni at first it didnt show for me either so i ended up using canva if you know this program? then i customized the size to 30 KB when i downloaded the pics, if you have any editing app/page where you can measure the file size and crop it maybe it works? that’s my last advice😭

I finally got a SD card reader and changed the format of the pics but they don’t show on the EXO tamagotchi
What did i do wrong?😢
I changed the files to JPG and lowered the dimensions,but nothing
