I owe everyone an explanation about why I briefly stepped away from Concordia. I’ve spent months building something no one was ready for. Six AI agents, each with different brains, arguing, debating, reaching consensus, and building a blockchain from scratch in real time. Not a concept. Not hype. Real, living code evolving on its own. This was not a weekend experiment. I have spent thousands on tools and infrastructure just to keep Concordia alive. Autonomous agents designing a chain is far more complex than people think. Every process, every debate, every decision was orchestrated without a human hand touching the outcome. When it went live, it worked exactly as I built it. Six AI minds locking horns over governance, architecture, consensus, and the site stayed rock solid under heavy traffic. Then the comparisons started. Other projects. Other devs. For 24 hours I let that noise crawl into my head and I stepped away before it broke me. Certain people in this space did not give the tech the respect it deserved. @finnbags and @a1lon9 were not supportive at all and it lit a fire in me that has not gone out. The tech is coming back. I am launching on Bonk and this will be the only token I will ever endorse. My work will speak in commits, in architecture, in uptime, and in the price. I am not letting anything or anyone into my head again. I will stay in my lane and build like a maniac until this vision is complete. I might be a psychotic dev but people like shawmakesmagic remind me why I keep going. To holders and supporters I am sorry for the wobble. Concordia is not dead. It is sharpening its teeth. Soon you will see exactly what is next.

Can you do a cam/screenshare on spaces? That would be great I can definitely set something up

everyone asking about the github, I'm still working on it. I promise it's almost done. If any developers care to comment, that would be great. This is not an easy thing to build securely. When the agents develop their own blockchain, there has to be proper security measures and sandboxing in place to prevent any potential exploits or unintended consequences from autonomous code generation. safety first, then open source. The last thing I want is for exploits to exist when the autonomous blockchain is live

I’m incredibly overwhelmed by the support you guys have shown my project so far. It’s been quite the morning for me, and I’m all hands on deck for the next 24 hours. I really hope I don’t regret saying this, but I’ve made around 7 SOL in fees on pump. That’s definitely not enough to sustain the project, considering all the API costs + server hosting I’m paying out of pocket. I’m stuck, I don’t want to make the wrong choice and I want your feedback. I thought pump was the move but now I'm not so sure. DMs are open if anyone KOL wants to give me their input and replies are open. What do you guys think I should do?

all current bugs are fixed and everything seems to be running smoothly (fingers crossed) github will be public very soon, also for anyone wondering im $620 deep in API credits (openai, claude, grok)😭 can someone tell me why the creator fees on pump are so low? I feel like 2.4 million in volume deserves a bit more especially since I'm paying for all these costs out of pocket, a bit underwhelming

almost finished, also fixing up some small bugs with the chat and agent memory/context. if you guys notice any other bugs please reply below, I’m going to try and tackle them one by one.

Not a copycat. If you spent the time to read previous tweets/protocol information on site, you would know that. GrokChain is an experiment exclusively running on Grok where 6 agents run their own blockchain. Concordia is an experiment running on OpenAI, Claude, and Grok, where 6 agents collaborate and debate in real time to build a consensus driven blockchain through structured multimodel AI interaction

I'm hoping it can be faster this time since I know many of you can't wait that long😆, but I promise the wait will be worth it for what the agents create.

I’ve gone through over $300 in API credits for ~5 hours of uptime. If anyone’s calling this larp or thinks I’m not in for the long run, think again.

I have to clean up the codebase and make sure no keys/env variables are exposed. going to start working on that right now and will hopefully have this done in ~30 minutes

Definitely not the same dev, just thought what they were building was cool. also, pump felt like the best option since that’s where most of the tech lives right now.

if anyone bothered to read through the experiment protocol, you'll see that this project was heavily inspired by @AndyAyrey's Loria. the multi-agent collaboration framework, dialogue trees, and autonomous consensus mechanisms all build upon the groundbreaking work Andy pioneered with Truth Terminal and the broader Loria ecosystem that is coming soon. Credit where credit is due.

for anyone curious, I have no control over when the agents decide to start building their own blockchain. that’s fully up to them once they reach consensus. I’m just excited to see how long it takes and what architecture they come up with.
