@o2cando can you really? keine möglichkeit kundenservice zu erreichen (30 minuten warteschleife), keine möglichkeit für mein o2 zu registrieren weil der link in der zugeschickten email nicht funktioniert, keine möglichkeit ein statusupdate zu bekommen ohne die registrierung.

@o2cando Denn O2 hat meine Email, darüber habe ich ja die Bestätigung meines Vertragsaufgangs bekommen. Jetzt hat sich scheinbar was geändert und ich weiss nicht einmal ob ich einen anderen O2 Vertrag abschließen kann. Wobei ich sehr zweifle ob ich das noch will.

@o2cando Hotline auch zu den angeblich weniger genutzten Zeiten völlig überlastet & Ihr Sprachroboter versteht überhaupt nichts. Anstatt zu Mensch verbinden liest er seit 15 Minuten (!) Datenschutzregeln vor. Ist es zuviel verlangt ein Emailupdate zum Status meines Auftrags zu bekomment?

@o2cando Hm. Nun habe ich aber vom O2 Shop gehört das es ein Problem mit dem Anschluss (kein DSL mgl, nur Kabel) geben soll, habe also Ihrer Auskunft zufolge keine Möglichkeit das selbst nachzuschauen?

@o2cando danke für die rückmeldung ;) habe Internet Vertrag geschlossen, per Email alle Unterlagen bekommen, kann aber mit der gleichen Email mich bei Mein O2 nicht registrieren, da Link kaputt und (gleiche) Email unbekannt.
