@hugolowell Nothing was “his.” It belonged to the U.S. He violated the Presidential Papers Act of 1978 enacted after it was found that another Rep POTUS - Nixon - had also removed certain papers and the infamous Watergate tapes from the WH. He, too, didn’t want to return those things.

@coniferr @ValJostock @JudyCaughran @DonLew87 He does I think but he said he has no interest in looking at docs that belong to DOJ, that DPJ has said are classified, and TFG hasn't proven aren't. They're off the table. They belong to DOJ. The end. Periodt.

He can't/didn't declassify them. He, his lawyers, Cannon, et al are a pack of morons who have no idea what they're doing. 🗑
