Dear @DurianCulture We would like to ask whether the company takes the actual needs of overseas fans into consideration when organizing each event. First of all, the dates and locations of the fan meetings have not been officially announced until very late. Has the company considered that overseas fans need to apply for visas, book flights, and reserve hotels well in advance? Without clear information, it is extremely difficult for us to arrange our schedules. Secondly, the current ticketing platform does not support registration for overseas users. How are overseas fans supposed to purchase tickets? Not all international fans understand Chinese, nor can they necessarily use Xiaomang to buy tickets. Even if we borrow a Chinese phone number to complete registration, we still cannot use Alipay for payment. The company repeatedly emphasizes cracking down on scalpers, yet without providing any official channel for overseas fans to purchase tickets, we are essentially forced toward scalpers—whose prices are at least double. This puts us in a very helpless position. In addition, the dual fan meeting initially only accepted group ticket purchases from single fanbases, and the requirements were extremely high. Setting aside the business spending requirements, even the crowdfunding, screen support, photocards, cupsleeve events, etc. that overseas fans voluntarily organize out of love are not recognized. Why are the company’s affiliated fanbases constantly measuring fans’ love for JiangLi with money? We hope the company understands that it is already difficult for overseas fans to support domestic celebrities. When we support their brand work, we not only have to bear the high unit prices but also international shipping fees that cost at least three times more than domestic rates. Every purchase we make is already our best effort within our own capabilities. However, judging from the recent developments, it seems the company has never truly taken overseas fans’ existence and contributions into account. This has made all overseas fans extremely disappointed and heartbroken.
