@albinsheqiri @stirling_j There has been more than enough defensive idea in football last couple years what you are watching is a game lead by players and not coaches just enjoy

Here’s what’s going to be really interesting about Tom Aspinall signing with Eddie Hearn: There are times when the UFC calls up fighters and says, 'We’re not talking to your manager. If you want this fight, if you want this deal, you’re going to have to talk to us.' So the UFC could just say, 'We’re not talking to you.' Then Tom could say, 'Well, if you’re not talking to him, you’re not talking to me.' There’s going to be a game of chicken here. Tom’s not a free agent. He’s the champion. We all know how long it takes to get out of a contract. So this is going to be a fascinating story to follow.

@jhabeeb1 Hitchins is a terrible example he took hitchins from mayweather and brought him to a world title only to be done over by keith connolly again lol , no one wants any part of hitchins ,

No, Hearn was not loyal to Conor Benn out of loyalty. He was loyal because Benn was big, marketable, and had money making fights coming with Eubank Jr. If it was someone like Richardson Hitchens, he would not have done the same. In boxing, loyalty almost always follows commercial potential, not personal support.
Peter Adam@petera1872

@jhabeeb1 99% of the time I would absolutley agree but look at all the shit Hearn took defending him, Hearn even kept him afloat when he was trying to clear his name. This is a very different situation imo

McCormack had no inside game. Didn’t know how to hold, didn’t know how to smother, didn’t know how to spoil. Didn’t have a clue what to inside to nullify Walker. 150 amateur fights and still green as grass. Like u keep telling people, uk amateur boxing is ruining our fighters
Marc@marccartlidge

@curtiswoodhous8 You have to be some fighter to keep him off for 12 rounds, animal isn’t he

@curtiswoodhous8 Been a good read this Curtis I’m no expert but recall that every big fight had to be on his terms ie opponents had to move up or down on weight and unlike the greats you mention he wasn’t a good watch either, albeit a very accomplished and skilled operator

Imagine Mayweather stepping up 2 weights to fight GGG! It would never happen, Mayweather wasn’t that guy. He was a top top fighter but he conned you all with the 50-0 stuff and the TBE stuff. A very clever guy that tapped in to people on the internet not understanding boxing.
Curtis Woodhouse BEM@curtiswoodhous8

Crawford doing what Mayweather would never dare. Stepping up weights and go after the main guy, I rate it! Crawford a real one

@curtiswoodhous8 Hattons first pro fight was at 140. Mayweather had 33 fights all at weights below Hattons first pro fight. You bang on about facts so how about that one, Hattons first pro fight was at 140, mayweathers first 33 fights were at either at 130/135. Don’t use that weight excuse

Hatton was a career 140 fighter. Mayweather forced him up to 147 where he was nowhere near as good but Floyd knew that, that’s what Floyd did time and time again. The Mayweather way ✅
John Wynn@WynnJ1974

@curtiswoodhous8 Hatton would never have made 140 in Dec 2007.

De La Hoya way past his best, Hatton at 147lbs when all his best performances were at 140, Marquez great performance, Cotto past his best but still a good win, Cotto gave him a good fight, Canelo weight drained in a catch weight fight initiated by Floyd. All facts ✅
john deer@casualhorsetip

@curtiswoodhous8 De la Hoya not main guy? Hatton was in his prime, Marquez? Cotto? Canelo? I no Canelo was younger but he was the name everyone wanted him to fight, hunger up n coming, n took him apart so easy

@curtiswoodhous8 Don't miss out the part in order for him to cherry pick as you say , he had to become the biggest star in the sport , to become the biggest star you have to be the best at your weight divisions wouldn't you agree which would include beating the best in them

@curtiswoodhous8 Fs wind your neck in cut from the cloth he grew up in a gym only thing he knew , him even fighting people at 154 was madness he was a midget at the weight fs , he was calling them all out for years they wanted no part of him until he became the money man

But the real bad boys chase other greats because they want to prove they are the best. Leonard vs Hearns first fight, they chose each other to show who the man was. Mayweather isn’t cut from that cloth
Big Mama Your Arm!@Facilities101

@curtiswoodhous8 Mayweather had the work put in to NOT have to do that. No one is clamoring to fight Bud, he doesn’t have the market power for those demands. Floyd was a megastar that had every advantage possible, no need for him to do that.
