@Zigiclegend19 @Scullybcfc Largely where I’m at. Away form is horrific, no getting away from that but don’t think he has the tools to change it up much. No pace to play on the counter. No runners in midfield. No forward to play up to who can hold it up. No physicality in the middle either

Our 3 standout signings are Gray, Doyle and Roberts. Funnily enough all 3 have championship experience. I really hope the recruitment team takes that on board this window. Im all for finding gems abroad but experience is crucial in this division and we need more of it. #BCFC

If this is accurate, Chris Davies deserves full backing. He has an edge about him because he's very single-minded in pursuit of what he needs, and maybe internal relations aren't quite as smooth as a result, but that's part of why he's been successful - that mentality is something I'd love to have more of at Blues. Conversely, I think Craig Gardner might be better at navigating relationships, and he may even have better people skills, but that may also be partly because he's more lenient and willing to let the finer details slide in the name of keeping a happy ship. Always difficult to say when I'm not in the building, but that would be my perception of things - could be wrong. So, if Davies and Gardner aren't on the same wavelength, I'd back Davies and build a performance environment around him, recruiting a DoF that rises to his standards, rather than recruiting a more amiable manager who'll adapt to Gardner. #BCFC | #KRO 🔵▫️

Surely the due diligence on Fujimoto should have told us whether he was capable of hitting the ground running and had the physicality for this league, initial injury aside.
