@NickSilvey12 @connermball This radiologists is gonna go out on a limb and say "shock." Likely not cardiogenic based on drips. Not hemorrhagic since no blood running. Maybe distributive shock? CRRT and types of drips imply multi-organ failure. 🤷‍♀️ (if I'm wrong, remember I'm a radiologist)

I staffed a clinical shift all weekend in surgery and cards… and covered part of an operational shift. Needless to say, I received plenty of emails, Skypes, texts, and feedback forms today. Both good and bad. And that’s the point of residency. ✅

How my week is going.

I have patients unable to go home with hospice because they cannot find agencies that require their staff to be vaccinated. Families shouldn’t have to give up their safety from a possible covid exposure in order to bring their loved one home.

And on day 3 of palliative care service, I requested advance directives from all my family members 😬
