Both Real Madrid and Arsenal should be in the market for the best midfield controller, a profile both sides are desperately lacking and is evident in the way both teams struggle to control not only high level, but also mid table games whereby control shouldn't be lost.

@Didibraid22 Agreed, every replacement hincapie for Zinchenko, timber for a prime white, Zubimendi for partey, rice for xhaka, gyokeres for Jesus is not as good on the ball. It is more risk averse and obsessed with the idea of control but it’s gone too far.

It looks like we’ll be back in the striker and left winger market during the summer. When you look at the attacking signings (and some top targets like Vlahovic/Mudryk) in the Arteta era, it doesn’t fill you with confidence for who we might end up with.

He won’t be remembered as fondly as he should be. People will remember him forcing his way out (with good reason, he was being overplayed after a bad injury) and for mistakes on the pitch. But he was the best defender in the league for 3 years. Incredibly underrated.

We just don’t look good. There is no movement off the ball. We’re unable to connect passes through the lines and the overall quality of passing is poor. Auba left to being a passenger. Not sure what Emery’s strategy is

@VieiraPaddy RB needs to be way higher on list on priorities, Bellerin is the only player i trust there, at least on the other side we have kolasinac and monreal, i know they're not amazing but a lot better than lichsteiner.

The top 3 is probably going to be the same in May as it is now. The remaining top 4 spot is between us, Chelsea and Man United. The fact we play both of them at home could give us an advantage.
