Day 3 kicks off of the #TCS2023 with a plenary keynote from Mr Vhalinavho Khavhagali from the IUCN. He will be talking to strengthening partnerships to support the Global Biodiversity Framework, adaptation & resilience. That will be followed by a panel discussion.
