@RapidResponse47 I had a bad experience with State Farm where they told me to pay for damages on a vehicle and would reimburse me. After I paid for the damages, they said they wouldn’t pay the full bill. I raised hell and they ultimately paid the bill after a month.

I started going to the Palo Alto public library to read about rocket engineering and started calling experts, asking to borrow their old engine manuals.
