@Anarchievsky He did write poetry and novels (under a pen name, originally). I've never read any of those, though.

@contedelnord Assuming it's the same Andrey Yegunov, just transliterated differently, there's a listing for Andrey-Egunov-Nikolev on Amazon, a novel "Beyond Tula." Don't see anything else by him in English (they do have the Homer book in Russian). His novels any good?

The first mention of Achilles by name occurs in a 15th century edition of the Life of Alexander Nevsky: "Of our great prince Alexander Yaroslavich — wise, and meek, and thoughtful; the brave namesake of King Alexander of Macedon, peer of the strong and brave King Achilles"

The earliest mention of Homer in Russian literature is from the 9th century Vita Cyrilli, where it says that Saint Cyril, upon arriving in Constantinople, “studied Homer and geometry, and, under Leo and Photios, dialectics, and, besides these, all the philosophical teachings”

From Rozanov's essay "Americanism and Americans", 1904. He describes the Japanese as "yellow Yankees".

Vasily Rozanov, 1917. "Without the Tsar I cannot live". Sixteen months later, he starved to death in Sergiyev Posad, the heart of Russian Christianity.

Rozanov, 1912. He said that the revolution, "with its donkey face", would not survive past three or four generations -- which turned out to be entirely correct.

Rozanov: “How I admire Pobedonostsev, who, when he was told, ‘This will arouse unfavorable public comment’, paused, did not really spit, but somehow let his spittle fall to the floor, ground it with his foot, and walked on without saying anything.”

@Anarchievsky There are translations of "Solitaria" and "Apocalypse of our Time". Not sure if "Fallen Leaves" has been fully translated but there are partial ones I believe. In any case I usually prefer translating myself

@contedelnord Wish more of his stuff was available in English. His book on Dostoevsky's Grand Inquisitor only one I've been able to find.
