each has its own benefits / pitfalls
through experimentation we’ll find what makes tokens hit for both traders & holders

we’ve normalized paying high fees
> 1% to pump
> 1% to trading terminals
> high priority fees
> high bribe fees
but somehow we never normalized taxing 1% across all pre/post migrated tokens and rewarding holders with it
that changes with @controldeploy
