Cook County eFiling problem: Can't issue Alias Summons for Amended Complaint if new defendant is added or if defendant's name is changed.

The online case info has the judge's calendar but no name. Other web pages have the judge's names/courtrooms but no calendar. Terrible.

I wish Judge's names were added to online case information @cookcounty website. Currently only a courtroom # is listed.

Trying to eFile Alias Summons @cookcounty to deliver to Will County Sheriff. No such option. Either Cook County or Special Process Server.

Vacating dismissal for want of prosecution in small claims does not require paying a fee.
