We celebrated SNA appreciation day today. We are blessed to have the most wonderful team of SNAs. Our school couldn't function without them! Our SNAs had some lovely thank you treats in the staff room, and we also had a raffle . We hope our SNAs enjoyed today and felt the love ❤️

🎵 Well done to all of our talented musicians who did a fantastic job at the end of year band concert yesterday. Seventy-two members of our school band, taught by @MGWexford, entertained a captivated audience of pupils and family members 🎵

🐝 Annie from 6th Class has won the coveted title of EASON SPELLING BEE 2024 ALL-IRELAND CHAMPION!! As winning bee, Annie received books valued at €7,500 for our school library and a goodie bag packed full of books worth €500 for herself! We are so proud! #eason #spellingbee

Second to Fifth Class sang their hearts out today with @MGWexford and about 2000 children from across the county. What a wonderful event! 🎶

🌿 4th Class enjoyed a wonderful outdoor workshop today. It was part of SETU's 'Bealtaine Living Earth Festival'. Paddy Madden, a well-known biodiversity expert, taught the boys and girls lots about the trees and plants in our woodland garden. A great time was had by all! 🌿

Congratulations to all of the boys and girls in Mr. Ryan's and Ms. Hendrick's Second Classes who received their First Holy Communion on Saturday. Well done to all involved in preparing for this special day. We hope you all are enjoying the celebrations ❤️

First Class A went green today for World CDG Awareness Day! CDG is a congenital disorder. They made posters and even had some green cupcakes 😁💚

📣 Wonderful News📣 Annie in 6th Class took part in the Leinster Final of @easons Spelling Bee in Dublin today and is now the LEINSTER CHAMPION! She will go on to represent Leinster in the All-Ireland final on the 6th of June. What a huge achievement! We are so proud!

🛥 Today was Dance Takeover Day! 🛥 At around 9.30am, classrooms were empty as children took to the corridors to 'Rock the Boat!' 🛥 All day, children showed off their dance moves and had great fun 🛥 @ActiveFlag #dancetakeoverday

Ruairí and Cathal worked with one of our @LEGO_Education Spike Prime kits we purchased through the Department of Education STEM learning grant. They built a breakdancing robot and named him 'Steve'. Next week, they will code Steve to dance. We can't wait to see his dance moves!

⚽️ A HUGE well done to the 5th and 6th class girl's football team that represented the school in the @faischools Primary 5's, South Leinster SoccerTournament in Kilkenny today. They played with determination and heart, and we are super proud of them for making it so far ⚽️
