🚨✨ NEW PAPER ALERT (for #selfdriving ecosystem) Excited to announce our paper (& very close to me): "ODD and Behaviour Based Scenario Generation for Automated Driving Systems" is now available on @IEEEAccess. This is a fruit of true collaboration between @wmgwarwick & @densoeurope. Here we present an approach to automate scenario generation from a formal ODD definition & behaviour definition (based on their dependency) for scenario-based testing and #SOTIF. Paper Open Access 🔗 bit.ly/3O6xDz8 Those in the #AutomatedDriving ecosystem who know me, will know that ODD as a topic is something I am very passionate about, so this is just another manifestation of it. We published two new papers: one that compares the Waymo Driver’s crash rates to human drivers’ over 7M+ rider-only miles across Phoenix, San Francisco, and Los Angeles; and another that develops clear human crash benchmarks to enable such comparison. waymo-blog.blogspot.com/2023/12/waymo-…
