@coops_wolf82 Hi Paul, that shouldn't be the case, the video you have posted shows the waste going in the opposite chambers to the colour indicator but doesn't mix the streams. If this is happening could you send that video if across? However I will raise your concerns with Waste Management.

@cardiffcouncil I guess I must have just imagined watching your lads through stuff of all sizes from both red & green bags into the same compartments of your wagon regardless of size for at least 10 minutes then 🤷🏻‍♂️

@coops_wolf82 Hi Paul, we have had reports with twin chambered vehicles – where residents see waste bags going into chambers with the opposite colour sticker beneath the chamber, this is because crews utilise the chambers depending on the area.... (1/2)
