🥹 I'm afraid VOX iOS has stopped functioning for me. A longtime, stalwart alternative to the Apple Universe, I click on "play album" and it just randomly chooses what tracks to play. A lot of players have a "shuffle" setting, but nothing doing with that. Sad.

@AdamRoxby Whoa! That’s an outstanding music collection you have! As for the badge, we love the idea. We’ll definitely consider adding one, probably starting with an Achievement for the Community forum!

@Coppertino i’m unable to download any files from the cloud - i’ve tried downloading different albums, changing destination folders, tried on different computers - im getting concerned that my music is stuck on your servers. what’s going on?

@Coppertino Long time subscriber but I’ve had two serious issues relating to uploading and offline playback for the last year or so. No replies to queries I’ve raised with support. Should I just cancel my sub?

@WilkieIT Thanks for reporting! We had started an unplanned downtime for update installing purposes at that time. Unfortunately, seems like we will have to install one more update soon. Hopefully, will be seamless and we don't have to start a downtime again.

@Coppertino Nope, I still can't load in the website, both in edge and safari. I also try both wifi and celluar data, can't load in either.
