The research from my time as a postdoc in the Jerome lab at Fred Hutch is up in bioRxiv! We demonstrated that liver humanized NSG-PiZ mice are fully permissive to HBV and may be used to study disease progression and novel antiviral therapies.

@JocelynnPearl Time. I was exclusively pumping and it was truly time consuming, especially when baby was more interactive (3mo+). I felt guilty pumping instead of spending time together. Also, pumping in the middle of the night was taking away even more sleep from me.

What had the biggest impact on deciding when to call it quits?
