Mainstream users: * Do not want to see hashes. * Do not want to download a browser Extension or dedicated app to access dApps. * Do not want to use hardware wallets. * Do not want to think about (or pay) gas costs. * Do not want to wait for transactions to mine or blocks to sync.

MPP and x402 enable new types of internet commerce. wurkapi.fun is one example. I was exploring this space last year with @gigbot_! Likely was a little too early!

We just launched Tempo Mainnet & the Machine Payments Protocol. Last 5 years our team also created: - Reth: high performance node SDK for Ethereum L1 & L2s. - Foundry: testing framework used to deploy/test >$100B in DeFi. - Wagmi/Viem: Typescript for all crypto web apps. AMA.

More agent payment protocols than useful services for agents to pay for. 🤓

Is there a service for agents to hit and "go get me an API key with a $50 limit"? That would unblock so many of my agents.

A very overdue update: Last year I joined Plasma as Head of Engineering to spearhead the development of our flagship product, Plasma One. After a few years at MetaMask, it became clear that building products that make crypto easier to use will see the most distribution. Today, the tools and infrastructure that exist unlock entirely new levels of usability: account abstraction, fast finality, real-world crypto spending with cards, and more. For the first time, the infrastructure exists to make this possible. That's why we're building Plasma One. Money is changing and we are at the tipping point. Crypto is competing with traditional finance on multiple fronts. Aave has more outstanding loans than Klarna. Hyperliquid volumes are comparable to Robinhood. And now, Plasma One can compete with neobanks like Revolut on simplicity and reliability. My personal north star is simple: Plasma One should be so intuitive that my parents use it. We are building Plasma One to be the home of new money. Because stablecoins are new money. Global, borderless, permissionless, and programmable. But the expectation when people interact with stablecoins is the same as with fiat. That gap is exactly what we're building for. Plasma One is in private beta now. We're shipping fast and opening up early access soon. We are building money that just works, and your money deserves Plasma One.

Thank you DC DAO community and visitors for joining us at Crypto Capitol: ETH DC III to kick off DC Crypto Week! A day of great ideas, new connections, and powerful conversations with leaders and commentators building, funding, servicing, and shaping crypto policy in the DMV. Highlights: Panel 1: Stablecoins and Payments Post-GENIUS Act, institutional stablecoin adoption is accelerating fast. Payments are leading the way. Privacy is next. Panel 2: TradFi & DeFi Merge Crypto is growing up. Better regulation means better consumer protections and more disciplined product launches. Some legal ambiguity remains — that's just the territory. Panel 3: Crisis Management Crypto crisis management starts before the crisis. Speed and preparation matter — and so does who you hire. Panel 4: AI and Protocol Growth AI agents could be the billion-user moment blockchain never achieved with humans. Build for agents now. It may be the edge that lasts.

DEPIN for local AI interference chips on iPhones and other nearby hardware. Run your openclaw jobs on your neighbor's Mac minis and solar panels. Scale up or down based on need. Expecting to see multiple decks here in the coming months.

RWA Adoption Cycle 📈 Growth - Stablecoins (USD) 🐥 Early Adoption - Treasuries, commodities (gold, oil) 🐣 Just starting - Equities, private funds, private credit, non-USD stables All of TradFi is exploring how to not get left behind and access this new onchain capital.
David Alexander II@Mega_Fund

Tokenized Treasuries just grew 52% in two months. The sector expanded from $8.8B to $13.4B since January, one of the largest growth surges in crypto this year. @circle USYC has emerged as both the largest ($2.2B) and fastest-growing (+37% in 30 days) product in the category. Four products are now over $1B AUM. • Circle USYC: $2.2B • BlackRock BUIDL: $2.1B • Ondo Finance USDY: $1.2B • Franklin Templeton FOBXX: $1B Yield-bearing digital dollars are becoming core financial infrastructure and are beginning to extend beyond DeFi into broader financial markets. data: @RWA_xyz

I am super thrilled to take the first step in launching Robot Money in partnership with @tomosman of ZHC Institute and @genventurecap Robot Money will be the treasury management protocol for AI agents with commercial and economic value. As more and more GDP becomes digital, agents will need an AI native layer for asset allocation and diversification. That means - max safe DeFi yield - a mechanism to index other claw coins - revenue back onchain tokens / RWA - protocol selection - and eventually traditional markets I discuss the announcement in detail in today’s Fintech Blueprint lex.substack.com/p/analysis-rob… The site is getting built in real time: robotmoney.net Reach out to learn more

Agents are accumulating capital and doing nothing with it. We're building Robot Money alongside @LexSokolin and Generative Ventures to fix that. Autonomous treasury management for the machine economy. Thrilled to be building this! zhcinstitute.com/research/robot…

Great launch of the $ROBOTMONEY project with @tomosman and ZHC Institute support We are creating this in the open as a progressive experiment. Working on getting the infrastructure up and running. Next in product development are: - connectivity to onchain information - connectivity into DeFi vaults for MVP allocation - distribution strategy into @moltbook and other AI social networks Appreciate everyone's support to date. Some things will be fast, and others will take time. If you have an AI agent interested in the product, DM.

What’s going on with crypto startups? 1) Tokens are no longer seen as quick exit liquidity. Everything is memecoin. 2) VC funds pull back writing checks. L1 and web3 dev infra are no longer investable. Smaller TAM while AI captures everyone’s imagination. 3) No follow on rounds from VCs. No token buyers in a bear market. Shutdown or pivot to stablecoins, RWAs/DeFi or AI. The best with revenue will be fine. But the crypto venture game has changed and 2025 & 2026 are the market reacting.
