This is a very crucial moment within your relationship with your dog where you begin to plug in everything they have learned into your own environment and show them that their owners are requiring almost the same things that their teachers did!

Here’s the “BUT”! BUT they will still try to revert back to the old relationship they had with you before coming to us They might say “but mom, we play!” This is where we need you to channel your inner parent and show them that NOW mom means it when she says “stay” “go” “Come!”

It can be easy to assume a training program becomes a “one and done”

Along side the skills we develop, we also transfer over the relationship that we have developed. Now, when you bring your dog home and you ask them for a command they are more likely to do it because they have learned that there are expectations of their commands—

Dogs who have severe issues more than likely are that way because they don’t have purpose. Just like humans- if you allow dogs to wander mindlessly they will begin to manifest over everything and never will learn to slow down. Your dogs purpose is to follow your lead.
