This is the type of things that can rip any collection no matter the activity is. What's the solution for a situation like this?

Thinking of creating a sub-raffle page for my site that allows founders of different projects to pick and choose which groups they'd like to collaborate with and mass-create those raffles within minutes.
i need to see how feasible it is but i think its very possible to do, i will most likely gatekeep the service to specific projects until i have a way of vetting out trash projects.
the collabs will work the same way as Hollows where people are only eligible to win 1 GTD : 1 FCFS spot across all collaboration raffles.

Seeing someone buy 12 percent of the collection and yet have no impact on the floor is crazy.
Saw another collection where someone swept almost 7-8 percent of the collection and saw little change.
This worrries me because it just shows how bad the distribution strategy with wls is right now
No curation whatsoever is happening.
People are happy with 10 cent profits. And that’s fine.
What bothers me is that I think a majority now think $1 flips is good profit. No one wants to hold.
I can literally only point 3 projects that are launching in the next 2-3 months that have any substance to them. Aside from that it’s all noise

Projects gives CMs huge allocations “for the communities”
But they pocket most of it, throw communities peanuts, and only make sure the big popular ones get enough to stay quiet.

two things can be true at the same time
degen minting has fed me way more than wl minting and let's not even talk about how most founders don't prioritize their community for wl spots
founders would rather pack wl spots to CMs and half of them don't even share everything than prioritize the people who followed them early
and yeah degen minting isn't profitable when you're only minting on one wallet just like wl minting unless you're a CM or a big account you usually have more of an edge in the degen mint to wl play
cause 80% of wl mints are trash and most end up becoming public mints anyway and the remaining 20% are the hyped ones where most of the wl is already reserved for friends and family
everyone should just do what works for them tbh if you're friends with CMs or you have a way of consistently getting multiple spots then gg but trust me 80% of these wl projects don't really care about their community they would rather focus on collabs for hype
and if you're degen enough and have a little liquidity to play with then honestly that's probably better than stressing over wl mints
tldr -> do both (cause that what I do also ) it costs nothing but one thing i'm never doing again is grinding or stressing myself out over a wl spot especially when i'm already late to it

The current nft space has a lot of problems. price action, whitelist hoarders, CMs shady acts, projects rugging and a lot of other issues.
Trace most of it back far enough though, and it comes down to two things. distribution and transparency.

The NFT market desperately needs a reset.
I'm so tired of bots.
They farm, dump, move on to the next mint, and repeat.
Meanwhile, communities lose momentum, real collectors lose interest, and project after project slowly dies.
Bots aren't building.
Bots aren't collecting.
Bots aren't supporting communities.
They're just extracting value.
Maybe it's an unpopular opinion, but I genuinely think the NFT space needs better mechanisms to reward real holders and make farming less profitable.
Because right now, bots are killing the fun for everyone else. 🫡

i have been getting alot of hate for speaking up some facts.... somehow im being misunderstood as nation hater which is not true.
i have alot of friends from india.. more thn i have from pakistan, i am also very well connected with nigerians.
web3 is one of the only spaces where borders genuinely dont matter, we trade with anon pfps daily without knowing anyone's background and thats the beauty of this space and i never meant to take away from that.
does it mean people from first world are any better? not at all... yesterday an alpha caller from canada was exposed for not just jeeting but using his communities for exit liquidity, obviously thats far worse.
but both truths can exist at a same time... no?
now why did i mention india and nigeria specifically is because they have higher representation... India has the highest NFT adoption rate globally at 13.5%. Nigeria ranks 2nd, its all on-chain.
its just me calling out and recognising a certain pattern in web3
jeeting is not the only problem its one of many.
the real list of things that need fixing:
- paid KOLs who don't disclose
- whitelist hoarders
- CMs stealing and selling WL spots
- founders using their own community for engagement farming
- teams dumping their own allocation
- snapshot timing manipulation to favor insiders
- alpha callers running pump groups in private Discords before public calls
the list goes on........

We desperately need a way to categorize messages on X DMs.
Keeping up with daily individual messages and group chats in a single feed is a nightmare. Pinning doesn't help because it just blocks out everything else.

Where do I start?
I'll be honest: I don't know much about the NFT collection landscape of 2026. I'm a guy who has been in NFTs since 2021, selling 1/1s and limited editions to real art collectors, people who bought because they genuinely loved the art and who still proudly hold those pieces today.
As I discover this new market, I also discover a different culture. In some communities and among certain nationalities, many people are willing to sell their NFTs for just a few dollars of profit. They are not here for the love of art or the long-term vision of a project. They move from collection to collection chasing the next opportunity.
A little advice from one founder to another: be careful with group collaborations. Verify everything on X. Check who is really supporting your project, where they come from, and what their intentions are. A blue check doesn't tell the whole story.

NFT projects need to do better
i sent WL GTD winners list yesterday when they asked
Today, none of the wallets were eligible to mint
Dmed them, they said they will fix it, to check 30 mins later
I check and now all the WL GTD are moved to FCFS phase

It’s not about minting a project with a $1 mint price and a 10,000 supply, it’s more about whether we really need another degen project. In my opinion, NO.
What we need is new tech and new innovation in the space instead of hundreds of degen mints.
If I actually want to bet on projects, I’d rather do it on existing blue chips and mid-cap projects that continue to show up and deliver on a daily basis.
What we really need are notable artists from Web2 joining Web3 as that will help onboard new people into the space. We also need OG projects to develop consistent revenue-generating streams that will help them push both their collections and the space forward.
We are one catalyst away from another major run and onboarding the masses into the space.
Why do I keep talking about OG projects? Because they’re the ones that understand the space best and they have the treasury needed to build sustainable, revenue-generating businesses.
I mean, what do you expect new projects to do when they’re only raising $8,000–$10,000? That amount of money is practically nothing. Some might argue that they can generate more revenue through royalties, but how much can they really make?
Let’s say royalties are enforced at 5%. On $100K in volume, they would earn $5,000. On $1M in volume, they would generate $50,000 in royalties. Do you think that’s enough for an NFT project to build a sustainable business? I don’t think so.
This is one of the main reasons I recommend people buy blue-chip NFTs or art collections. They are the ones with the highest potential to give this space a real breakthrough.
It’s not about whether the mint price is $1 or $10. The real question is: is it actually needed?
A few might argue that we need another Goblintown-type runner that goes to 10E. We already had that, but did it kickstart the NFT bull run? No.
It was fun while it lasted.
Focus on majors instead of new projects. Period.

aqualumi deserved better than it's current floor
aqualumi had genuinely good art. the dev put in real work. people noticed.
yet it's sitting around a dollar.
let's analyze;
only 28.9% of minters had a wallet score of normal or above. 47% were flagged as jeets. pull back further and 71% of the minter base had a history of selling fast, selling low, or both.
roughly 200 of those wallets were created within weeks of the mint. not late discoverers. wallets spun up specifically to game allowlist access. and 112 of the "unique" minters weren't unique at all, just alt wallets pointing back to the same people.
the issue isn't that people sold. it's that a large chunk of the mint went to wallets with a documented history of pricing quality work at whatever clears fast. projects with real craft behind them end up with floors that don't reflect any of it, because the people setting those floors never cared what the floor reflected.
Corge provides tools that improve distribution efficiency. fresh farms, serial low-value exits, alt wallet clusters it flags them before they get in. because by the time they're in, the damage is already done.

The past 2–3 days have been hell for me. From drugs to multiple injections and drips, all because of what I initially thought was a “little” sickness.
I’m putting this out there because nothing is truly little when it comes to your health. Please prioritize your health above everything else. Health is wealth.
I’d been having symptoms for a while, but whenever I took a dose of medication and felt better, I’d abandon the rest of the treatment. Meanwhile, the issues were piling up without me realizing it, until everything hit me hard two days ago.
I missed a lot, but I thank God for life. Things got pretty critical at one point, but I’m feeling much better now and responding well to treatment. And for all those that checked it, I really do appreciate it and never take it for granted 🫶🤍
