@danwestworld that's the case in every field, the gym, the biohacking, always the one at the bottom of scale who breaks our balls

I've lost 75+ lbs in 2.5 years.
Nothing in my work life comes close to how hard this was.
For most of my career, work pressure was my go-to excuse to ignore health... and Silicon Valley culture made it worse.
I was a YC-backed founder, living the dream.
Surrounded by people who only seemed to talk about two things: who your investors were and how fast your MRR was growing.
All of it glorified visible health sacrifice: all-nighters, unhealthy food, hustling until your body breaks.
Nobody really praised the founder who skipped pizza or ran every morning.
But my body kept score even when I didn't.
I weighed 236 lbs and had 33% body fat.
It showed up in my mood, energy, confidence and even how I ran my company as a founder.
But I decided to change everything when my first startup failed.
I started running marathons.
Worked out regularly.
Got a coach for accountability.
Today, as I'm building my second company @InvoiceButler, I'm sharper, healthier and more consistent than I ever was when I was building my first.
If you're a founder, you have a big responsibility to keep you and your company alive at the same time.
Health is a foundation that makes everything you do 10 times better.
Don't take it for granted.

@Unnati_builds24 pick 2 or 3 creators you genuinely love and consume only their content. No one else.

@Simpnomore2 I think the last is the most important, I mean nothing is really bad unless you give it the power to.

Genuine question :
I have a few thousand euros saved, good monthly cash flow, and I've been going back and forth for months about buying my first luxury watch. But I feel like I need to reach a certain milestone in life to truly 'deserve' it. Should I buy it now to keep the hunger alive, or should I wait?

@ravvyung very true but I struggle to find these type of people, I moved alone in a foreign country and since its hard to find brotherhood
