Usually a lot of the time it is gas flushed with a mixed of CO2 and Nitrogen. If it’s gas flushed, You will often see on the back of pack…. ”packaged in a protective atmosphere “.

Anybody else hate this new packaging for @marksandspencer the mince never has the same texture as before and takes much more working. It’s a fail for me.
