@Selfridges you have failed to deliver a next day delivery item ordered on Friday and you are refusing to refund until it is delivered . Make that make sense in the world of theft

@Selfridges - we are long term customers - but when you take a month to hold up a refund without explanation / apology it’s starts to erode trust in the brand. #notgreatselfridges #poorcustomerservice. I’m sure we can fix - but communication required to do so!

@Selfridges Pretty disgusted. My son bought an aftershave gift from @Selfridges on 23 Dec. Told it had to be returned by 6 Jan - and even then they refuse because it’s “cosmetics”, despite being unopened. Feels unfair & misleading.

@Selfridges I’ve booked a personal shopping experience at your Bham store, ref 1582342. Despite three calls and an email no-one has been able to confirm the time. Considering I was planning to drop over a grand this is pretty shoddy customer service.

@denlafferty @Selfridges Company a joke, we ordered a Christmas hamper over £200, paid delivery as it was a Christmas present. Never received it, went back to the store, manager said they would contact us the next day, never did, complained no response. Over 200 down, no hamper and no refund

I ordered 2 X afternoon tea hampers from you on 15 nov 22. I have NOT received the hampers. I have contacted you several times but getting nowhere fast. This is not the service i would expect from you. Very poor customer service @Selfridges

@Selfridges @Selfridges delivered my £180 order (224384543) to the wrong address. Parcel missing. No refund or replacement — told to wait for an “investigation.”Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, responsibility stays with the retailer until delivery to me. £180 out of pocket. Unacceptable

Terrible Customer Service from @Selfridges bought a gift at #Disneypopup & had lovely bag to gift in. Fell over when leaving in wet street. Bag got wet/muddy, corners bashed up. Emailed to ask if they could help and got a straight no. From a high end company really disappointing.

@Selfridges my son has been in contact with you over the last 4 weeks about a missing order with a value of just under £400. Your courier initiated a return on 29/10 and is being told it is in progress. How long do you think it is acceptable to make a customer wait for a refund?

@kellyloumugg @Selfridges Same! I was only 1134th and it took from 10am to 11.20am to get through but all gone. Also there was an update in the page at one point about a restock but it disappeared. I did a live chat and asked about the restock and got told there’s no plans or information on a restock!!

Hi @Selfridges I went in the jellycat queue at 10am, 3555 people in front of me, 85 mins later its sold out (understandably) but I only moved to 2100 in the queue - is there no restriction on how many people can buy? Seems so slow and so few moved over a long time.

@Selfridges 3 emails ignored. Chat promised callbacks twice-no response. Damaged item received after: courier requested duties (already paid) multiple request to update address (Amazon delivers daily) etc. Unacceptable service 4 UAE customers. Order #207693302

When @Selfridges chooses the carrier & you have no say, when the carrier doesnt deliver, @Selfridges is responsible. Furthermore, @DHLexpress will lie & not investigate to keep from having to take a loss thru @Selfridges & they choose to stand by a crappy carrier even w/proof!

You would think that @Selfridges would provide better customer service than they do. I guess not when you have your nose so far up in the clouds. Well, all I can say is...I placed my 1st & last order with them all at the same time, but I will be bringing more attention to this.
