@Selfridges Pretty disgusted. My son bought an aftershave gift from @Selfridges on 23 Dec. Told it had to be returned by 6 Jan - and even then they refuse because it’s “cosmetics”, despite being unopened. Feels unfair & misleading.

@denlafferty @Selfridges Company a joke, we ordered a Christmas hamper over £200, paid delivery as it was a Christmas present. Never received it, went back to the store, manager said they would contact us the next day, never did, complained no response. Over 200 down, no hamper and no refund

@Selfridges @Selfridges delivered my £180 order (224384543) to the wrong address. Parcel missing. No refund or replacement — told to wait for an “investigation.”Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, responsibility stays with the retailer until delivery to me. £180 out of pocket. Unacceptable

Terrible Customer Service from @Selfridges bought a gift at #Disneypopup & had lovely bag to gift in. Fell over when leaving in wet street. Bag got wet/muddy, corners bashed up. Emailed to ask if they could help and got a straight no. From a high end company really disappointing.

@kellyloumugg @Selfridges Same! I was only 1134th and it took from 10am to 11.20am to get through but all gone. Also there was an update in the page at one point about a restock but it disappeared. I did a live chat and asked about the restock and got told there’s no plans or information on a restock!!

Hi @Selfridges I went in the jellycat queue at 10am, 3555 people in front of me, 85 mins later its sold out (understandably) but I only moved to 2100 in the queue - is there no restriction on how many people can buy? Seems so slow and so few moved over a long time.

When @Selfridges chooses the carrier & you have no say, when the carrier doesnt deliver, @Selfridges is responsible. Furthermore, @DHLexpress will lie & not investigate to keep from having to take a loss thru @Selfridges & they choose to stand by a crappy carrier even w/proof!
