Coaches - #VISUALIZATION AND IMAGERY works for #COACHES too! When you're working with your #athletes, "see" them as you know they need to be in the future - i.e. relevant to their motivations and goals. For example, if your @athlete is motivated to be great, then visualize them with the technical, strategic, mental, emotional, lifestyle and physical capabilities they will need to be successful at the highest level. They call a "VISION" - a VISION because you can see it. As a @coach, have a clear VISION - actually "see" where your athletes are going. Then your job is to help them develop all the skills, experiences and capabilities they need to see their dreams become reality.
