Zoomers, we hear you, you’re pissed because you just got scammed into getting into debt and you now realize your brand new degree is possibly worthless. Now, take a deep breath and hear me out: we’re still early in this transition and you have a huge advantage compared to many others, you have plenty of time and energy. So instead of drowning in your own tears, instead of looking for a scapegoat to blame for all your problems, do the following: - use AI to learn new things; - find a complex problem and try to figure out a solution; - get to work and fix what you can; - create value in other people’s lives. There has literally never been a better time to be alive, so instead of wasting your time and throwing yourself a pity party, get to work. This new era is barely starting and the transition ahead of us means there are tons of low hanging fruits for anyone willing to learn new skills. You can be mad at those who tricked you into thinking a degree would be enough to lead a successful life, but you don’t have to stay mad. You also don’t have to be paralyzed by anger, you can instead try to channel it towards doing something constructive. Look at your local community and ask yourself: what problems could you start fixing today?

@Drago_18_ It may seem like that, but I’d argue that a non-tech person doesn’t really know what to ask the model. As a technical person you inherently know how things should be done, and can instruct the model as to how you would do it.

I’ve started developing a fear because I can’t even remember the last time I wrote a single line of code. Right now, I’m just earning my salary by doing prompting something even a non-tech person could probably do easily. Maybe I should start learning hardware, because I can clearly see how AI is going to impact software roles in a very practical way.

A Master’s degree in 2026 is the new High School Diploma, expensive and mostly useless. Unless you’re a surgeon or an engineer, you wasted four years and $100k on a glorified social club. Your Debt Forgiveness shouldn't be a taxpayer problem just because you chose a Fun major.

@CaptainStacker @Ryan_Daigler Play dead. Be something they don’t want to “hunt”. Of course that’s not good for yourself, but if it’s someone you can’t just walk away from I think this is th only real tactic.

@Ryan_Daigler So what is the solution to this online? How does one combat massive lies and tactics by these assholes on a large level? I’ve been using the grey rock tactic by not entertaining any of it, but the damage is still done.

Ryan Daigler - Exposing Narcissistic Abuse 🚩🚩
Narcissists believe they can author your identity—who you are, what you feel, what you said, what your intentions are, what your worth is. They don’t just want control over your emotions; they want control over your character and public image. That’s why they: -Tell you who you “really are” -Rewrite your character -Redefine your emotions for you -Assign you roles (villain, burden, unstable, selfish, etc.) -Act like their interpretation is more real than your lived experience It’s psychological colonization. If they can define you, they own you. And when you refuse that—when you think for yourself and ignore their twisted fantasy—it destabilizes them. That’s why they escalate, smear, gaslight, or rage. You’re removing their perceived authority over reality.

The hottest job for the next five years is going to be the agent operator. They don't need to be an engineer. They can walk into marketing, legal, or life sciences research and actually make agents work for that function. Required skills: > MCPs > CLIs > Writing skills (the file kind) > agents.md fluency > Business acumen None of this is in any CS curriculum today. Soon, enterprises will be pressured to redesign their workflows for agents, not for people. And when that happens, agent operators will be in massive demand.

wake up because this is the GREATEST time in history to start a company with TRILLIONS of dollars up for grabs over the next 10 years 1. consumer mobile is INTERESTING again for the first time since like 2017. apps can actually do things now. do things. real things. book the flight, draft the contract, follow up with the lead, negotiate the rate, do things. we went from "tap to view" to "tap to deploy." the entire interaction model of software just flipped & most people haven't even registered it yet. OH, and the cost to create these apps is 1/100th of 2017. 2. HARDWARE is back on the table because you can shove Gemma 4 or DeepSeek onto a device that costs less than dinner & it runs locally with zero cloud costs. a year ago that sentence would have sounded insane. you can ship a physical product with a real brain in it now. the last time hardware was this accessible was the early smartphone era & that created a trillion dollar app economy from scratch. 3. literally EVERY category is open to be rebuilt AI-first. the incumbents know it & they're paralyzed. they can't move fast because moving fast because incumbents move slower than you (usually). that paralysis is your opportunity. build the app. build the SaaS. build the AI agent 4. distribution is FREE. you can go from zero audience to 10,000 people who trust you in 90 days on X or YT or IG your first 100 customers are sitting in your replies right now. the old playbook of "raise money, hire sales team, buy ads" is being lapped by a solo founder with a twitter account & a working demo. Oh, and you can use AI to automate a lot of it (ideas, research, AI avatars etc) 5. Idk about you but it feels like companies are doing LAYOFFS like it's the great depression and it's only getting started. No job is secure. So, building a side project that could turn into the main project is more important than ever. 6. the ENTIRE economy is being repriced in real time. the surface area for new companies has never been wider. the tools to build are free. the models are open source. the incumbents are running committees about their "AI strategy" while you could have already shipped. and somehow the predominant response from most people is to watch youtube videos about it & go back to their 9-5. not saying this is easy not saying everyone will win but im saying right now is a time worth trying YOU ARE LIVING through a mass reshuffling of who owns what & who builds what. the last time this happened was the internet itself. before that, electricity. this almost never happens. & you're sitting there doing nothing about it? wake up.

Ryan Daigler - Exposing Narcissistic Abuse 🚩🚩
When you have an abusive parent with narcissistic personality disorder, nothing you say, no amount of reasoning or pleading about what they’re doing to you will get through to them or change anything. And they will never take accountability for the abuse they commit. It’s like trying to reason with a brick wall. You can catch them in the act, take pictures, show proof to a doctor of how you’re being abused and they will insist that you are the problem. The abuse is only half of it. The other half is the insanity you have to deal with. The complete lack of accountability. The complete detachment from reality.

A woman posts in a BPD group that she’s been writing to her AI chatbot for the last few weeks about her life and her marriage. She is very excited that it helped her create an 8-page list of demands for her husband, along with consequences in case he doesn’t meet her demands. Then I watched 20 people with BPD drop into the comments and tell her how AI is just validating her with no context, she’s risking psychosis, and making a list of demands for your spouse is the worst idea ever. 👏👏👏👏 Proud to see it.

I am so incredibly tired of hearing about AI Everytime I look up anything cybersecurity related it's all a big ass fuck off circus discussing AI It's not even like, an explanation on AI, or some sort of deep dive, or nuanced perspective. It's all superficial and more akin to a sales pitch than an actual discussion topic. O gracious Lord, if Thou hearest me, pray let this great uproar be stilled.

For me, the painful part is that most people have parents who love them and want to see them do well. Mine didn't. Mine spent most of my life exploiting me and holding me back from what I wanted to do. Furthermore they ran me down to the rest of the family to such a degree that I find it best to have no further contact with them. For 70+ years I wondered what the hell was going on with my parents. And now thanks to this amazing research I'm finding out. How do you deal with psychopaths? Keep as far away as possible.

Dark personalities (narcissists, psychopaths) who are higher functioning and have better impulse control capability will not risk their freedom by killing people physically. They murder people emotionally, psychologically, by destroying their reputations, their relationships with their children, their social support networks, their confidence, their will to live. High functioning narcissists, psychopaths (human predators) are just as dangerous and harmful as those in prison for murder. They just murder in ways that are more covert.
