She says she tries to be the nicest person ever to who she is in love with but mostly gets her feelings hurt because she can’t see when are gestures aren’t getting reciprocated enough.👀👀 ‘I struggle with sensing someone’s feelings towards me in a relationship. I am always nice to whoever I’m in love and i don’t hold back on my love because i see it as unnecessary and i question why anyone would want to hurt me but i end up getting my feelings taken for granted. One of the reasons I am a liberal and not a leftist is that leftist morality is about power, not rights. Good actions reduce power imbalances, bad actions exacerbate them. Murder, theft, and discrimination can all be justified if they harm a “powerful” person or group. Liberals condemn these actions because they violate individual rights and dignity. Liberalism seeks equal rights, leftism seeks equal power.

This day, I was among the first to return to my city, Beit Hanoun. I walked for dozens of kilometers on foot until I could no longer feel my feet from exhaustion. But the longing for home overcame the fatigue and extreme weariness.
Whenever I felt tired, I would look ahead and see elderly men, bent over, their shoulders nearly touching the ground, They walk with slow steps, so heavy that you would almost be certain they might not survive the way, yet they move forward without hesitation or retreat, the love of home is more precious even than life itself. When I saw them, I forgot my own exhaustion and kept going.
After nearly 10 hours of continuous walking, I arrived to find that the homes had been completely destroyed, there wasn’t a single house left standing.
It was an unforgettable day, where exhaustion, hope, and pain all intertwined. A day that confirmed how deeply we love this land, so much that we crawl back to it even when it has turned to rubble.
This is a day I will tell my children about, so they can tell it to their children, so our story is never forgotten.
We are the survivors of a genocide.

Today, my friend found the body of his neighbor buried and decomposed. He had been injured and bleeding for three days during the last evacuation from northern Gaza. When he realized he wouldn’t survive and that no one could reach him, he covered himself with soil and buried himself while in prostration. Now, his bones were found in that same position. His body was discovered beside a tree he chose as his final resting place. He left a sign for his family — his ring tied above the soil with a string, along with a small branch from the tree, so they could find him.

4 ICE agents hold woman detainee down—force her to sign deportation documents against her will.
Agents held her down on table hitting her with their knees—physically pry her hand open to put fingerprint on forms.
Then taken to "punishment cell" and left in freezing conditions with air conditioning blowing full blast.
This happened just 2 days after her lawyer filed a formal petition in court challenging her continued immigration detention.
Nicole Aracely Yanez Velez has been detained for over 2 years—despite claiming to have Convention Against Torture protection.
She is currently locked up at the El Paso Service Processing Center in Texas.
