The past few days have been difficult and emotional for everyone involved, ourselves included.
Looking back, we recognize that some of our responses were more emotional than they should have been, and our words should have been chosen more carefully. We’ll take that lesson forward.
Rather than contribute to further escalation, we’re going to take a short break from Twitter.
We’ll continue focusing on Fantasy & Magic Con and if there’s anything important to communicate, we’ll do so.

We’ve decided to remove our previous announcement as the discussion surrounding it continued to escalate beyond its original scope. Our intention was to provide transparency, not to encourage an ongoing public debate. As the discussion continued to grow, we no longer felt that keeping the post up served a constructive purpose, particularly as it began involving people unrelated to the matter itself.
