This is the last time I will ever speak about this situation because i’ve been over it for a long time but prod somehow convinced me to comment on my side of things. I’m not going to comment on every single detail because I just don’t care but I will clarify 3 things. 1. Somehow people think they know exactly what happened IN the video based off a transcript of an audio clip. What actually happened in the video of the audio clip of the post was we had consensual sex and she asked me to record. In the video she was on TOP of ME the WHOLE time and she was the one FULLY in control. I was simply laying down and recording. When the audio part happened she literally just got off from on top of me and was just laying down away from me as she said that she was tired. I have never forced anything upon her and I would never do something evil like that. I cannot show the video because she asked me to delete it after we broke up which I did (I would have posted the video years ago if I had it) 2. This is about me somehow “not cooperating” and “lying” on 2 occasions. I DID fully cooperate with the investigation to my best ability. I answered every question they had for me, but since I didn’t provide the video which I said I would in a twitter post (lawyer told me it was good to post), they said I didn’t cooperate because of that. The reason I didn’t provide the video is because I just thought she MUST provide the video because she’s accusing me , but I guess not. I understand though because the nature of the allegations and it being 2020, they had to make me look as bad as possible so they don’t take backlash. The 2nd “lie” was a question they asked me about Emma (my current girlfriend of 4 years). I don’t remember the exact words, but the question was basically “are you and emma still good after the accusation” Which I answered yes to because we were genuinely good at the time as I was literally taking the interview in her parents house. Then they told me that was a lie because there was a post on her private twitter account that said otherwise that I had no clue about. She made the post immediately after the allegations happened and left our apartment to go to her parents house for a day to clear her head because emotions were high understandably. She immediately regretted leaving me alone for a day and asked me to come and stay with her at her parents house. So I guess the lie was me saying we were good because that’s just what I thought but there was a post on a private twitter that “proved” it wrong 🤣 3. I don’t even know why i’m adding this because it’ll probably get me banned or something but I just think this is unacceptable. Below is a screenshot of “Alex Francois”, head of esports at riot, and head of my investigation (not 100% sure he was head of investigation but he was the one to make the final decision of my ban im 90% sure) liking this twitter post about me before the investigation has even started/completed, so it seems like his mind was made up already. The screenshot is real and my former agent can confirm it since I sent it to him when it happened I think everything happens for a reason and have grown extremely close with god and am super thankful for it. The only thing i’m really bummed out about is the negative affect situations like mine can have on real survivors with real stories. I genuinely hope situations like mine don’t discourage survivors of abuse/sexual assault. If you’re a survivor I hope you’re able to share your story and be heard because evil needs to be exposed. Again this is the last time I will ever speak about this situation no matter what, prod just somehow convinced me to tell a bit of my side. I think there’s a high chance riot might ban me after this post but it’s all g. I didn’t proof read or pre think any of this shit I just straight up told the truth and what’s on my mind if you don’t believe me whatever hopefully this clarifies some things. Hello everyone Addressing yesterdays tweet in a bit more detail So yesterday the repost happened, I was not aware about it until my agent and manager both messaged me asking about it. I instantly removed the repost and told them that I have no idea how that got there, I do not support that and it had to be some missclick. Obviously some people saw the repost during that time because I think it was up there for at least 2 hours, so there were people asking wtf is that, which I understand completely. I wanted to clear it up, so I made the tweet yesterday, you know what it said. So what actually happened? I don't know, it could have been a missclick while I was browsing twitter (I do use "For you" tab sometimes and things on there are uncontrollable unfortunately), it could have happened accidentally when I didn't lock my phone and put it in my pocket (to those who are just laughing at it, it does happen, I have called people accidentally, I have taken phone out of my pocket to see that I am in some app in settings or something. I don't think I am the only one here) or something else, I literally have no idea as I didn't do it consciously. To those who think I have an alt account where I post things like this and I forgot to switch, well, there is not much I can say other than it is not true. Everything I have done, said or shown in public or in person privately shows that I would never support discrimination and that is not who I am. If you choose to believe otherwise, I cannot change your mind, just feels sad that you see me that way. Why the first tweet was worded so poorly? Because I thought giving a simple explanation would be enough, I was in middle of my stream and rushed to type it without thinking much or wording it better. I should have worded my first tweet without "glhf" and more clear and that is my bad. I want to repeat myself, the content of the repost is not something I would ever stand for, any type of discrimination is stupid and bad. I am certain that people who know me, would know that. Even if I didn't do it on purpose, I'm really sorry about this situation and I understand people got offended and repelled by this tweet.
