@soleilastarves I have like horrible stomach issues so I understand 😭 try propping ur feet up onto a stool and sitting up like straight-ish? It helps keep everything upright and easier. Also, prune juice helps!! It’s gross but a little bit of it rlly does work especially if u can’t go
