Thrilled I finally got my dad (@AnglicoTony) on here; he's a reply king. - Politically? I vote like MAGA and loosely align with it, but I'm no personality cult follower—I value independent thinkers. Can't wrap my head around why strong borders and deporting illegal immigrants are "controversial" now. Remember Democrats in the '90s with an MP5 in Elian Gonzalez's face? Today, they're clinging to their imported voters. - Daily grind: 2-6 hours of focused work most days (feels like the sweet spot for steady progress and improvement). Occasionally sprint 12+ hours for deadlines. - Nutrition-wise, I skip boxed junk. For me, it's fresh fruits/veggies, salmon/chicken/beef, plus Thai/Vietnamese, sushi, Latin, and Italian. That’s the past , and the past in Mississippi has not one thing to do with the future in Mississippi. @squirrelfromMS Will tell you that here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast both black and white get along perfectly and we both don’t understand racial issues in other places . I can’t tell you how many people get in my Uber and say I never had a clue how laid back and cool Mississippi is , because I’ve always heard just the opposite

@DaleStarkA10 @BorgmanKelly Movement is life. Walking is vastly underrated and it provides a great time to be with your thoughts.

If I needed to unfat myself, the first two things I’d do are commit to a 30-minute walk every day and be in bed with the lights out by 10 PM. Once you start feeling better, it gets way easier to stack on more healthy habits from there.

@megigogi Have stood guard duty in DFACs, gyms, and worked the gate as a 1LT, CPT, and a MAJ. Nothing about the rank magically exempts you from work. If its important enough for your Soldiers to do something, its important enough for you to do, and do correctly.

What makes an E7, even an E8 stand a gate guard duty? Is it, just because or, did they fuck up some big game or, are they setting up the example allowing soldiers enjoy their holidays and stuffs?

⚠️Breaking: The Thomas Massie South Africa trip just took a darker and far more questionable turn. At first, I thought it might be tied to his former girlfriend, Cynthia West—but that doesn’t hold up. They had already broken up before the trip. The real connection appears to point toward Ron Paul. Here’s where things get interesting: They used the G20 as justification for the trip even though the Trump administration had boycotted the event and sent no official delegation. Yet somehow, they still traveled under that banner. It gets even more questionable: Instead of operating in Johannesburg, where the G20 events were held, they conducted business in Cape Town. On top of that, they received money from speaking engagements during the trip.
