If you have some experience with programming, especially functioning programming, you'll catch on very quick. On the other side, if you never coded, it might take you longer to fully understand.

In the past couple of weeks, I've been playing with a new Linux OS. It was my first switch in 2 years. It's unlike anything else I've tried before and in a positive way. It solved one of my biggest problems with any OS and more.
