@coverd Misleading. The base earn rate is 0.5%. Of course one doesn’t expect that to be 100%, as it’s just not possible, but it’s not ethical practice to conceal the correct information. “up to 100%,” “during a 3-minute surge window,” “specific categories,” etc. Do better.

When a user swipes their Coverd Card, they may have their purchase instantly covered by cash back rewards, or receive different amounts of cash back. Users can then choose to apply those rewards directly as a statement credit, or use them to play in-app games to potentially win back their statement balance. Transparent rewards.
