We have another @cowalgathering trophy winner! Sophie Strachan from the Loraine Waddell School of Highland Dance in Forfar. Sophie was runner up Scottish Champion in the 10yrs and Runner Up Scottish National Champion.

In the next few days some of Scotland’s most important highland games trophies will be awarded at @cowalgathering – some of them may leave on the first leg of their journey to their new home with Western Ferries. You never know who you’ll meet when you travel with Western Ferries. Did you know we have a CHAMPION who travels with us regularly? Highland dancer Amelia May Smith was crowned Argyllshire Champion at the recent @cowalgathering winning her papa’s trophy – the D A Martin Memorial Trophy.
