@cowaymega I even sent email to the directors with all the receipts and email conversations. No reply. The customer care team keeps apologising / accounting issues/ technical issues etc. Is there anything I can do through you? The product that was cancelled is around 34,999 INR (about 300$)

@cowaymega I ordered two Coway Air Purifiers for my parents through cowayindia.in (Frootle India Pvt Ltd). One arrived. Cancelled the other due to shipping delays. They received the cancelled one, but have not yet received refund in over 40 days. They keep delaying.
