@cobraschiffer @Ticketek_AU Story of my morning trying to get Sydney tickets. And they’ll reply saying you didn’t use the AMEX link when you did. They could at least tell the truth and say their site can’t handle it…

@LaurenWint58554 Make sure you're accessing from the AMEX site. Once through to the date selection page select the VIP Packages option. If you continue to see Access Denied you may need to clear your cache. Please let us know if you're still experiencing issues.

@Ticketek_AU That is definitely not the case for me. I'm in a doom loop, in queue, view tickets, zero ability to buy VIP tickets, time out, back in queue. I've been in this loop for 90 mins now...
