one thing i wanna say about this album is that the production was kinda too safe and i feel like aaron dessner could've done more better with the progression but otherwise maybe it's really meant to be sonically cohesive..

Mayor Zohran Mamdani plans to require landlords to collectively bargain with tenant unions. While NYC tenants are already legally allowed to organize, landlords are not required to recognize tenant unions or bargain with them. Mamdani wants to change that.

Recently, at one of our larger locals, we won refunds for a few dozen tenants who were overpaying despite living in subsidized units. Another local won refunds over undisclosed mold and no heating.
