Pittsburgh is a medium/small sports market. The Penguins winning a bunch of Stanley Cups is like the Sacramento Kings winning some titles. Nice story, but nobody really cares.

The draw of primetime is definitely Travis Konecny and Trevor Zegras. There’s no way Sidney Crosby, and the massive ratings he draws on everything he’s done for the last two decades, is the reason they got flexed to primetime. Is there lead in the Philadelphia water supply?
